Joel Garreau from the Washington Post is rather harsh in questioning whether New Orleaner’s have the fortitude to rebuild their city.? In the Indianapolis Star this week, a piece was done on the disaster preparedness that exists here in Indianapolis and if it is adequate.? Los Angeles, CA and Melbourne, Australia was threatened with terrorism this week from Al Queda.? How does all of this affect a cities population?
Would your city rebuild after a natural or man-made disaster??
Should it simply be based upon statistics, economics and trends?
